We have the pleasure of welcoming Ulf Mazur, who will take us on a journey through the rapid transformation of the Swedish grocery trade during the recession, where the consumer is now firmly in the driver’s seat. How are Swedish consumers doing financially? We’ll examine the interplay between grocery chains and producers from the consumer’s perspective. How do consumers choose a store and how do they choose a brand? How important is price, and what can we expect from the next generation of market information? It will be an hour filled with knowledge, inspiration, and energy!
Ulf Mazur is the founder of Matpriskollen, a service that has become consumers’ best friend as food prices have soared. The service has also established itself as a powerful force in the food industry and a tool for the Swedish Central Bank in its fight against inflation. Ulf has been named one of the most powerful people in the retail industry, a top 5 super communicator by Resumé, and has received the Swedish Consumers’ Association’s Blåslampan award. He is a frequently sought-after expert in the media.
